This a one of a kind Static X girls top. I took a slightly used Static t shirt and added some bright yellow material down the sides. It also has D rings on the top connecting the neck strap. This top is very soft and stretchy! It measures 16" top to bottom and 14" side to side(laid flat). It is stretchy, but i would say it best fits a small/medium.
